Lead Baker/Decorator
Job responsibilities included:
-
Prepares, produces, and bakes pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts.

Decorates baked goods such as pies, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cakes, cookies, cookie cakes, etc.
-
Maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage and refrigeration.
-
Cleans, breaks down, and puts away all baking equipment including: ovens, mixers, proofers, floors, freezers, and refrigerators.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to safely and effectively operate standard foodservice equipment.

Minimum two (2) years of baking experience
Starting pay: $16-20 per hour based on ability/skill set and availability.

Evening Closer
Job description:
-
Washes dishes, utensils, and equipment.
-
Clean and sanitize food preparation areas.
-
Mop floor and reset kitchen for the next day's production.
-
Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients.

Trash removal
-
Review kitchen inventory and determine what items are needed.
-
Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, dishwasher, etc.
-
Greet and serve customers
-
Restock bakery items as needed.
-
Must have previous restaurant/customer service experience.
Physical requirements:
-
Must be able to stand on your feet for a prolonged length of time.
-
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
Part time hours Tues-Sat 4pm-8:30pm
Starting at $12-14 per hour


Bakery Assistant
Job responsibilities included:
-
Assists the lead baker in preparing and baking pastries, breads, rolls, and other desserts.
-
Follows instructions in preparing buttercream recipes, puree recipes, etc.
-
Helps with scooping cookies and cookie preparation.
-
Cleans, breaks down, and puts away all baking equipment including: ovens, mixers, proofers, floors, freezers, and refrigerators.
-
Assists in general clean up and re-set of the kitchen as deemed necessary by the head/lead baker.
-
Front bakery counter customer service.
